Mission Real Estate & Mortgage is a family owned business.

Our Broker, Lou Faught, has over 35 years experience in the Real Estate Industry. In 1993 our Mortgage Division was opened, which enabled us to provide our clients personalized service in a 'one-stop-shop.'

Personalized Service is our mission.  Mission Real Estate and Mortgage is a family owned and operated business.  Our concern is for our customer -- to satisfy his or her needs efficiently, professionally, yet with a personal touch.

Whether you need someone to sell your home, find you a new or second home, finance your loans, refinance your present loan, or to get you an equity line or a second mortgage for remodeling or paying off those old bills, sending your child to college...but your situation might be, one, that unfortunately is more and more common. You may have just been laid-off, see your home value has drastically declined and need to talk with a professional about what you're options are...we're here for you! In the recent years we've been handling lots of short sales, bank owned purchases, and FHA loans in addition to the "traditional" way of doing things.

Lou Faught - Broker & Owner 

I've a nickname - 'Mama Lou' - resulting from the accumulation of a long list of 'adoptive families' that I've helped achieve their goals of home ownership over the years. Mission Real Estate and Mortgage is a family-owned business, we're professionals and are experts in providing the 'family touch' to our clients. I welcome the opportunity to put 35+ years of professional experience to work for you!

Mission Team Members include:

Ana Morales- Medina, Sales/Loan Agent & Sr. Loan Processor- Ana has been dedicated to our firm since 2001.  She learned quite early in life that hard work pays off. Her positive optimism and her quest for knowledge, have directly added value to her quality of life. She loves sharing what she knows, but more importantly, she truly listens to the needs of others because she knows that this is truly how she can best be of service.
